After earning a B.S. in Business (Marketing) from George Mason University, I've grown into a hybrid professional spanning CRM strategy, software development, and QA testing.
I built my CRM foundation through database management and customer segmentation analysis at a publishing company, and learned development processes by contributing to a mobile app project. My experience designing A/B tests and conducting UX research with Qualtrics laid the groundwork for my QA capabilities.
